Goal-Specific Cycles using PSL Products By:  Mike Arnold

In the following segment we are going to take a look at cycle design and how a BB’r can use PSL products to help him achieve his goals.  It is important to remember that opinions can vary widely on this subject, with personal preference, willingness to assume risk, financial status, and individual goals all playing a strong role in the decision making process.  There are virtually an unlimited number of cycles...    to choose from and with so many options available, deciding which is best can sometimes be a difficult task.  With this in mind, I have chosen to stick with the tried & true; general cycle guidelines which have been successfully implemented by 1,000’s of BB’rs for the purpose of building size & strength.

 

Before deciding to engage in any pre-written AAS program, it is important to make sure that you take the time to fully educate yourself on the compounds at hand, so there are no surprises encountered along the way.  While AAS use in general comes with a certain set of risks, each individual steroid is also unique, presenting its own side effect profile.   The more familiar you are with the risk factors inherent in each drug, the more likely you will be to choose a cycle which is in accordance with your own personal wants/needs.

Throughout the rest of the article I will provide several cycle examples, each of which caters to a specific goal(s).  I have attached notes to the end of each cycle, providing a brief explanation for why each compound was selected.  As you scroll through the various cycle recommendations, you will also notice that most of them were kept relatively simple, being made up almost entirely of AAS and a few ancillaries, as needed.  In reality, there are 100’s of performance enhancing drugs on the market, many of which could be used to further enhance each cycle.  However, the point of putting together this article wasn’t to bankrupt the user or require them to purchase products through a half-dozen different sources.  Rather, my intention was simply to provide basic direction for those individuals who are not sure how to structure a cycle in accordance with their goals.  Lastly, I have chosen to include only the most common AAS, as many exotic or hard to find drugs often complicate things for the less educated user.

 

 

 

“Classic Mass Stack” 

Weeks 1-10:  Sustanon @ 1,000 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Nandrolone decanoate @ 600 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Dianabol @ 50 mg/day

Weeks 1-10:  Aromasin @ 25 mg/day

Notes:  Popularized in the 80’s and still commonly used today, the “Big 3” is one of the most reliable stacks in BB’ing for the promotion of size gains.  All 3 steroids are properly defined as mass-builders and due to the feel-good nature of this cycle, you will likely find it to be one of your more pleasant steroid experiences.  Aromasin has been added to help manage estrogen levels.

 

“Pure Strength Stack” 

Weeks 1-10:  Testosterone propionate @ 300 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Trenbolone acetate @ 600 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Anavar @ 50 mg/day

Weeks 1-10:  Halotestin @ 30 mg/day

Weeks 1-10:  Aromasin @ 10 mg/day

Notes:  With the primary goal being strength enhancement, testosterone is kept on the low-moderate side, while well known strength builders, such as Tren, Anavar, and Halo are able to add impressive amounts of strength without an equivalent increase in size.  A touch of Aromasin has been added to help manage estrogen levels.

 

“Mass & Strength Stack”

Weeks 1-10:  Testosterone enanthate @ 1,000 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Nandrolone decanoate @ 600 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Trenbolone enanthate @ 600 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Anadrol @100 mg/day

Weeks 1-10:  Aromasin @ 25 mg/day

Notes:   For those looking to gain as much size & strength as possible, it would be hard to go wrong with this cycle, as it includes several of the most potent size & strength builders at dosages guaranteed to deliver impressive results.  Aromasin was added to help manage estrogen levels.

 

“Fitness Model Stack”

Weeks 1-10:  Testosterone propionate @ 150 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Primobolan @ 600 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  NPP @ 400 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Anavar @ 50 mg/day

Notes:   In the majority of cases, individuals who are attempting to achieve the type of look seen on the MPD stage will want to structure their cycles quite differently from the BB’r looking to maximize size & strength.  The fitness model has other concerns on his mind aside from just building mass, such as maintaining a clear, healthy complexion, retaining a full head of hair, and minimizing water retention.  While all AAS have the potential to cause one of more of those side effects, certain steroids are much less likely to do so than others.  To this end, I have selected compounds which minimize the occurrence of these side effects, while still enabling the individual to build lean, water-free muscle mass.

 

“Shredded Stack”

Weeks 1-10:  Testosterone propionate @ 300 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Tren acetate @ 500 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Masteron propionate @ 500 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Anavar @ 50 mg/day

Weeks 1-10:  Stanozolol @ 50 mg/day

Note:  If your goal is to look as hard, dense, and dry as possible, then the steroids you choose to utilize will have a tremendous
impact on the end result.  When combined with a proper diet, the compounds selected here (which are some of the most effective & commonly used pre-contest steroids available) will get the job done.

 

“Athlete’s Stack”

Weeks 1-10:  Testosterone propionate @ 300 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Boldenone undecyclenate @ 1,000 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  NPP @ 200 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Anavar @ 50 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Aromasin @ 10 mg/day

Note:  Athletes seeking to maximize their performance must be cautious in their steroid selection, as many AAS can lead to increases in sheer bulk; hardly beneficial for those desiring improved in athletic ability. Because of this, most of the traditional mass-builders would only work to the individual’s disadvantage.  The above cycle utilizes a low-moderate dosage of testosterone propionate, as testosterone is not only essential to proper male functioning, but can improve athletic performance through multiple mechanisms.  The propionate ester was selected, as it is less likely to cause water retention, particularly at the dosage recommended here.  Boldenone is a solid addition to this cycle, as its primary function will be adding moderate amounts of strength, while simultaneously improving cardiovascular performance.  So long as one’s caloric intake is controlled, it will not add a significant amount of muscle mass.  NPP was added at a low dose, due to its ability to cushion the joints during high impact activities and Anavar was added for further improvements in strength and connective tissue repair.

 

“Porn Star Stack”

Weeks 1-10:  Testosterone propionate @ 600 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Masteron propionate @ 600 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Proviron @ 100 mg/day

Weeks 1-10:  Aromasin @ 25 mg/day.

Weeks 1-10:  Cabergoline @ .5 mg EOD

Weeks 1-10:  Bremelanotide @ .5 mg (as needed)

Weeks 1-10:  Viagra @ .5 mg (as needed)

Note:   When looking to increase sexual performance & libido as much as possible, a holistic approach works best.  Each compound here was selected for its pro-sexual effects, which when combined, will result in drastic improvements in this area.  Testosterone is essential for male functioning on numerous levels…and it is no different when it comes to sexual function-libido.  Masteron & Proviron are both well known for their ability to increase sex drive in males, often being utilized for this purpose.  If you ever wished you could combine the libido and performance you had as a 16 year old with the experience and knowledge you have now, then you have likely found your answer. Cabergoline enhances libido and function by lowering prolactin and Bremelanotide does the same, although through alternate mechanisms.

 

“Fighter’s Stack”

Weeks 1-10:  Testosterone propionate @ 500 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Boldenone Undecyclenate @ 1,000 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  Masteron propionate @ 500 mg/week

Weeks 1-10:  NPP @ 200 mg/week.

Weeks 1-10:  Halotestin @ 30 mg/day

Note:   The difference between a fighter and your typical athlete is that, by necessity, fighters must demonstrate a superior alpha-male mind-set in combination with increased aggression.  Their profession (or hobby) demands it.  Otherwise, they will never perform to the best of their ability.  Therefore, you will notice some additions to the fighter’s cycle in the form of Halotestin & Masteron.  Halotestin is most commonly used for one of two reasons…increased aggression and/or enhanced strength, which it accomplishes without adding any bodyweight.  Masteron has similar features and is a nice compliment to Halotestin, but lacks the liver toxicity inherent in most oral AAS.  NPP was added for its ability to cushion the joints during times of high impact activity.
