At PSL, we are committed to supporting our customers by offering store credit as compensation for those who wish to submit samples for laboratory testing. 

To participate, please send us your order ID and provide the corresponding  HPLC lab reports. You can share the results by submitting a hyperlink through our ticket system. Once we validate your purchase, we will arrange the appropriate compensation.

(All vials must remain unopened when submitted for testing; 1mL samples will not be accepted. If multiple vials of the same compound are submitted, compensation will be provided for only one vial).

Store credit will be issued as loyalty points, which will expire after 180 days. Loyalty points cannot be combined with items that are on sale.

Eligibility for compensation requires the following:

- If you are active in online communities where you share your results, you must have been a member for a minimum of two years and have at least 500 posts.
