Hi, I've gone by the handle Mobster across various forums for the last 20 or so years (the name came from my magazine MuscleMob). I started training in 1980 and in that time have published the magazine, owned my own supplement company and won 4 British and 2 European Grip championships. Indeed some of the records I made still stand unbeaten now. My logs have, in time, gone from training to win competitions to being strong for it's own sake. I'd also like to think it shows that age, as I'm 59, is no barrier to staying strong by being consistent...

Hello guys! I have been proudly sponsored by PSL for over 2 years right now and can only speak highly of them. My last npc competition in 2022 i did in the -102kg class only on the gear of PSL. I placed second at the regionals. My goal ofcourse is to do better and become pro in the near future. Since then i'm in a long offseason to work towards my weak muscle groups. I'm Phill, in the PSL team for several years now (5+ years). Since I got to know Euro-Pharmacies products, now more than 5 years ago, I have never looked back. To date I use only and exclusively this brand. I've tried different brands over the years, ups and downs, I still haven't found someone worthy of EP products.
