What Dianabol is, and what it does:
Firstly, it´s typically found in oral form, although it can be found as an injectable as well. Dianabol is a 17aa steroid, which means it has been altered at the 17th Carbon position, to go through its 1st pass through the liver, & make it into your blood stream. Dianabol will elevate your blood pressure and is also Liver-Toxic, so be careful when using (can be reduced by reduced alcoholic beverages and the like).

Although, there are people who have taken up to 100mgs per day of this substance without suffering any ill-effects. In studies body fat did not go up considerably and Fat Free Mass went up anywhere between 4.4 to 15.4 pounds. The research concluded that Dbol increases Fat Free Mass as well as increasing strength and performance.
How we integrate Dbol into a cycle? Clearly, the addition of Dianabol at any point in a cycle would add to gains, however Dbol is most regularly used for two reasons. One, at the start of a cycle to Kick Start gains, and two as a Bridge between cycles, to retain gains.
Kick starting a cycle: Typically what you do is add in a fast acting (short ester) oral like Dianabol and combine it with long acting injectables such as Deca or Equipoise with Testosterone. The reason here is that the Dbol will provide almost instantaneous results, while the injectables take time to produce their results. This provides for seeing results from the beginning to end of your cycle. Taking anywhere from 25-50mgs (40-50 being the most typical daily range) of dbol, though as little as 20mgs or as much as 100mgs have been reported, for 3 to 6 weeks at the start of a cycle would be considered a good way to kick start the cycle. Typically most users go by a 4 week rule of thumb, I personally like 6 weeks more though.
Successfully bridging between cycles: You need to recuperate your natural hormonal levels to pre-cycle levels or to within acceptable parameters, and then you start your next cycle. The idea here is that you won´t lose any gains, but rather a low dose of Dbol will help you maintain them. Normally, you would use around 10mgs a day of dbol , and combine it with a Post-Cycle Therapy course of Nolvadex or Clomid along with HCG. This would give a full androgen replacement from the Dbol and a chance to recover your natural hormonal levels. All things considered, dbol is a very good, and an effective means for quick gains or for retaining them, when used correctly. Whether kick-starting, in the beginning or during a cycle, or bridging at low doses the EP line can help you achieve these goals with ease with proper dosage and timing.
