Aromasin (exemestane)

Aromasin (exemestane) lowers estrogen levels, which can slow the growth of certain types of breast tumors that need estrogen to grow in the body.It is also used to treat breast cancer and is a member of the group of drugs known as aromatase inhibitors.Aromatase is an enzyme that synthesizes estrogen. Aromatase inhibitors block the synthesis of estrogen which actually lowers the estrogen levels.

Aromasin is used to treat breast cancer and is often given to people whose cancer has progressed even after taking tamoxifen (Nolvadex) for 2 to 3 years.(Which is why I believe it to be the better choice)
Aromasin is obviously a stronger estrogen blocker than Nolvadex as seen with many different treatments where women’s breast cancer in particular could not be slowed down by the use of prescribed Nolvadex.
Aromasin comes in a tablet form to consume by mouth. This anti estro is usually taken once a day after eating. The regular dosage you will seen is either 20 ED or 20 EOD of the Euro-Pharmacies line (where tab is broken in half). Aromasin works best if it is taken at the same time every day.

Contraindications
Do not use Aromasin if you are pregnant. It could harm the unborn baby or cause a miscarriage. (seen mostly used in bodybuilding with male athletes)
Do not use Aromasin if you are allergic to exemestane.
Do not use f you have liver or kidney disease.
To get the benefits of Aromasin use it on a regular basis.

Side Effects
Some common side effects in long term use of Aromasin can be Headaches, some fatigue, possible mild joint pain, and nausea. Although most these side effects are seen in less than 15% of people they are still possible for the individual to encounter.
